Juicy Quotes From “My Mr. Beautiful”

Leo + Elena’s first time meeting at Stella’s Caffe:

“Ciao, welcome to Stella’s. What can I do to you? I mean … get for you.”

Did I really just say that? Though, I must admit there’s plenty I’d like to do to him, starting with nibbling on his lower lip. Damn, those lips are so full. I’ve never seen a pair of lips that make me want to instantly run my tongue across them.

“Ciao, you can do anything you want to me.”

Wait a second, did I just hear that right?

“What did you say?”

“I said, can I please get an espresso and lemon biscotti?”

Elena’s first taste at Mr. Beautiful’s dirty vocabulary:

“Elena, you are going to love it when we fuck.”

“Excuse me?”

Whoa. I thought for sure dirty talk would gross me out, but it’s surprisingly working for me. Did my panties just get a little wet?

“I am going to find out if those cherry red lips taste as sweet at they look.”

Excuse me, he said WHAT?! :

“Friends? I have enough friends, Elena. I sure as hell don’t want to be your friend.” His eyes narrow and he looks a little angry.

“We can’t be friends?” I say, taken back by his brutal honesty.

“No, not friends. I want to be your lover.”

Lover? No guy has ever referred to himself as being my lover before. Is this an Italian thing? I don’t think I’m cut out to be anyone’s ‘lover’—sounds too sexy or grown up. And ‘lover’ doesn’t translate into ‘girlfriend’ or anything more serious.

So … does Leo find out how those cherry lips taste? Do they take the lovers idea for a spin? Or does Elena tell him to get lost?
