Book a hotel room & write in it all day.
And today is that day!

JK Rowling finished Harry Potter in the Balmoral in Scotland.
Ernest Hemingway stayed at The Ritz Paris.
William Faulkner stayed at Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans.
Many other authors write, party, get arrested … in hotels. Some famous ones are now known as “literary hotels” or literary landmarks, if those authors made it big.
For some reason, I thought I’d have to go away to make this happen until I realized … Detroit is pretty cool! 😎🤓
